Gourmet Sauvage has been working for more than 20 years to bring boreal gastronomy to life through the gathering and processing of wild edible plants.
Since 1993, Gérald and his daughter Ariane have been paying tribute to nature and wild plants by organising the gathering of edible wild fruits and vegetables for the delight of epicureans, fine palates and lovers of original culinary flavours.
In association with the Ojibway, Innu and Inuit Indian harvesters, from northern Quebec to the Maritime provinces, they transform nature’s nourishing treasures into jellies and condiments, ketchups and mustards, syrups and marinades…
Treat yourself to a tasty journey through the boreal forest by inviting the wilderness to your table.
